i loved the location it was fantastic also the t. v worked great. i could get coffee easily and i had a fridge right in my room! the staff were nice and helpful i can say that.

The location was excellent. It was close to key attractions. Tram stations were within a short walk, facilitating easy travel to various destinations. The staff members were consistently helpful. The hotel provided good value.

the location was great, just a short walk to the bosphorus. it's in a tourist-friendly area with shops and restaurants. daily housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy.

the hotel location was excellent. it is a few minutes walk away from the sea-front where all the boats are, the main mosques, and landmarks. tram stations were only two or three minutes away. it was easy to hop on and off them to reach destinations.

the cleanliness was really bad. i saw mold all over the washroom walls and corners. the housekeeping didn't change the blankets, and the bed sheets weren't clean (this really frustrated me).

The hotel was in a great location close to many bars, restaurants, and shops. I was only a short walk to Sultanahmet, about 10 or 15 minutes. The T1 tram and the ferry at Eminonu were close too.
There was a faint sewage odor in the room from time to time, though it was not constant! it was noticeable and somewhat disturbing. The lighting near the room entrance was a bit dim, but manageable.
